Air Conditioning

  • Takes the warm air and the humidity out of your building
  • Keeps your building cool and comfortable
  • Two different types of system operation available: Single-Stage and Two-Stage
    1.Single-Stage option offers adequate comfort and adequate energy efficiency. It only runs at one speed – full blast/only has on an off settings. It is deal for hot summer days
    2.Two-Stage option offers better comfort and better energy efficiency. It runs at high and low speed and it is ideal for both hot summer day and mild days. It has better dehumidification, better temperature control, and quieter operation, longer lifespan, and less repairs/breakdowns.

Air Handler

  • Circulates cooled or heated air throughout your building
  • Also known as Fan Coil

Boiler

  • Uses hot water or steam to heat your home
  • Keeps your home warm and comfortable
  • Energy efficient; the system retains heat longer than a gas or electric furnace
  • Longer lifespan; the system lasts much longer than a gas or electric furnace, when maintained properly

 

 

Ductless Mini Split

  • On the Cooling setting, the system takes the heat and the humidity out of your space
  • On the Heating setting, the system uses a little heat that is in the outside air to heat your space
  • Keeps your space cool, dry, warm, and comfortable
  • Has its thermostat with four settings: Heat, Cool, Auto, or Dry
  • Maintains the ideal temperature of your space• Does not require any ductwork

Dehumidifier

  • Removes the moisture from the air in your building
  • Keeps your building dry and comfortable
  • Helps prevent mold, mildew, dust mites problems.
  • Allows your air conditioning system work efficiently

Exhaust Fan

  • Pulls smokes, odors, and moisture from an area in your building
  • Reduces humidity
  • Improves air quality
  • Prevents mold growth

Furnace

  • Uses forced air to heat your building
  • Keeps your building warm and comfortable
    Affordable; the system costs less than other heating systems
  • Energy efficient; the system warms up your home faster than a heat pump
  • Two different types of system operation available: Single-Stage and Two-Stage

Gas Fireplace

  • Uses inside air to burn either natural gas or propane and sends the flue gas out of the house through chimney
  • Keeps your space warm and comfortable
  • Much easier to clean a gas fireplace than a traditional wood burning fireplace
  • Alternative heating; it can be used as a backup heat source for your space during power outage

Geothermal

  • On the Cooling mode, the system pulls the heat out of your building & puts heat back into ground to cool your building
  • On the Heating mode, the system uses the heat from ground to heat your building
  • Keeps your building cool, warm, and comfortable
  • Using a reversing valve, the system provides
  • Cooling mode and Heating mode
  • Environmentally friendly; the system does not burn any kind of fossil fuels
  • Energy efficient; the system uses very little electricity
  • Longer lifespan; the system lasts much longer than conventional HVAC system, when maintained properly
  • Cost effective; the system pays itself off in about three to five years

Heat Pump

  • On the Cooling mode, the system takes the warm air and the humidity out of your building
  • On the Heating mode, the system uses a little heat that is in the outside air to heat your building
  • Keeps your building cool, warm and comfortable
  • Using a reversing valve, the system provides Cooling mode and Heating mode

Humidifier

  • Adds the moisture in the air of your building in the winter
  • Makes your building feel much warmer without raising your thermostat
  • Helps reduce static electricity
  • Helps relieve dry, itchy skin
  • Helps ease sinus and respiratory problems
  • Helps preserve wood floors and furnishings

Radiant Tube Heater

  • Uses either natural gas or propane to generate heat inside a steel tube to heat a large space with a high ceiling in your building
  • Keeps your space warm and comfortable
  • Energy efficient; the system uses less electricity
  • Does not require any ductwork
  • Suitable for workshop, warehouse, manufacturing plant, conference center, restaurant patio, and other spaces

Roof Top Unit

  • Takes the warm air and the humidity out of your building
  • Uses forced air to heat your building
  • Keeps your building cool, warm and comfortable
  • Circulates cooled or heated air throughout your building
  • Space saving; the system is installed on the rooftop
  • Quiet; there is no HVAC system required inside of your building
  • Energy efficient; the system utilizes an economizer (a mechanical device) to bring the outside air to cool your building and to reduces the need for mechanical cooling operations
  • Flexible; if you are expanding your building, add another roof top unit or a modular unit to the existing system to meet your new HVAC needs
  • Also known as RTU or packaged unit

Tankless Water Heater

  • Heats water for your building
  • Energy efficient; the system only heats up the water when it is being used
  • Space saving; the system is compact
  • Longer lifespan; the system lasts much longer than a conventional water heater

 

 

Unit Heater

  • Uses forced air to heat a small to a large space in your building
  • Keeps your space warm and comfortable
  • Space saving; the system is compact
  • Comes in different sizes and types
  • Does not require any ductwork
  • Suitable for garage, workshop, warehouse and other spaces

UV Purifier

  • Sterilizes the air that goes through a forced air system
  • Prevents mold growth
  • Eliminates germs and bacteria

Water Heater

  • Heats water for your building
  • Keeps water hot even when it is not being used
  • Affordable; the system costs less than a tankless water heater
